The British Institute of KBB Installation (BiKBBI) is recruiting a Team Administrator to join our growing team at our Head Office in East Tilbury.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong administrator with a proven track record of working within an office environment as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong IT confidence, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The job brief
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the general administration needs of our business. The duties will include the digital processing of documents, document scrutinisation, and data entry. The role includes relationship management with our stakeholders, requiring strong communication and customer service abilities.
The responsibilities
1. Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with client registration.
2. Checking, validating, and uploading documents in accordance with criteria.
3. Communicating with clients via telephone and email.
4. Providing first point of contact for incoming enquiries.
5. Organising meetings and supporting events.
The candidate
* Must have strong and proven administrative experience.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
* Must be a team player.
* Must have attention to detail and a systematic approach to delivering against set tasks.

The contract
Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm - however, we would consider reduced daily hours to suit working parents. All employment is subject to a six-month probationary period. Salary shown is the full-time equivalent and will be subject to pro-rata if reduced hours are agreed.
