I am looking for a well organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual for the role of student services/ customer service representative/ receptionist role for a prestigious College based in Huntingdon.

Location - Huntingdon
Job role- student services / customer service assistant/ receptionist
Payrate - £21, - £22, FTE
Hours - part time- Monday - Friday - 8am to 1pm
Job description:
1. Assist in the day to day running of our busy reception function
2. Act as a first point of contact for students, staff and all visitors to the College
3. Deal with incoming/outgoing post, courier services and e-mail
4. Operate the switchboard, video link barrier controls, minicom, and emergency telephone and college answer machines
5. Act as the first point of contact for front line First Aider call outs, Emergency Services and Security.
The right candidate must be:
6. You must be well presented, friendly and welcoming and have the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent customer service skills.
7. You must enjoy and have the ability to work solo and part of a team.
8. The ideal candidate will be wanting to build on their existing 'front of house' reception experience, even willing to obtain their relating NVQ Level 2, and utilise their professional and interpersonal skills as this role is key part in our customer service and the image we present at Reception.
