About you
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical installations and a real enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring others. If you’ve got industry qualifications like an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds and hands-on experience in installations, maintenance, or testing, this could be the perfect role for you!
While having a teaching qualification (like a PGCE or Cert Ed) or an assessor qualification (like TAQA or A1) is a bonus, it’s not essential. If you’re keen to train as you go, we’d love to support you. What really matters is your practical expertise and your ability to share your knowledge in a way that excites and motivates learners.
You’ll need great communication skills, a knack for planning engaging lessons, and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive space where students can thrive. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends is important, too – we want someone who can bring fresh ideas and real-world relevance into the classroom.
If you’re ready to make a difference and help shape the next generation of electrical professionals, we’d love to hear from you!
