ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior MEP Cost Consultant with ambition to develop quickly towards Associate Director, to join our London-based team. In this full-time, hybrid position you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project(s). You will lead and manage costs and budgets of MEPH elements for a range of construction projects including build to rent, later living and student accommodation and masterplans.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• A qualified MEP Cost Consultant with 5+ years' experience working in the UK construction industry
• An adaptable individual who can work within a team or autonomously working across multiple projects
• Skilled in developing client and other project relationships.
• MRICS or another qualification in a relevant business discipline preferred but not essential
• Experience in developing and nurturing talent
• Knowledge of MEPH technologies and experience developing technical knowledge across the project work stages.
• Practical experience of cost estimating, cost planning and procurement
• Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
• Thirst for knowledge to continue to develop and build technical solutions with the team and other consultants
