The Role
Reporting to the CMO, as Digital Marketing Executive you will support the successful delivery of digital campaigns and help ensure smooth running of our marketing automation activity. You will work across a range of clients and projects, gaining exposure to tools, processes, and campaign techniques across the digital journey.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Assist with day-to-day tasks on marketing automation platforms
2. Support the build and execution of emails, landing pages, and microsites
3. Help track and report on campaign performance and digital engagement
4. Help manage lists, imports and segmentation tasks
5. Contribute to content preparation for social, search and email marketing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support the digital and MarTech team in the delivery of integrated marketing programmes
2. Carry out hands-on tasks within marketing automation software (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot)
3. Support reporting and campaign analysis under guidance
4. Help document and share insights, learnings, and best practices
5. Participate in internal and client meetings as appropriate
6. Maintain accurate timesheets
Required Skills
1. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or email/CMS editors
2. Interest in digital marketing and marketing technology platforms
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude
5. Confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
6. Comfortable juggling tasks and working across different projects
Additional valuable skills and experience
1. Exposure to Hubspot, Pardot, or similar marketing platforms
2. Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS tools
3. Some experience with organic/paid social or search campaigns
4. Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
5. Experience managing data and lists
