You will work closely with the Occupational Health Service and Health and Wellbeing partners both internally and externally to the Council, with the aim of improving the wellbeing of our employees.
This role will play a key part in driving the Health and Wellbeing Agenda, as well as managing your own caseload.
If you can provide timely, business-focused, and professional advice and support on a range of Health and Wellbeing issues to our managers and employees, if you enjoy developing solutions that focus on enabling and ensuring that the health and wellbeing of our employees is considered along with meeting the demands of the service from a delivery perspective, then you might be just what we are looking for.

You would be contributing to the development of policies in order to better meet the needs of managers and services as well as providing strategic advice to Senior Managers across the Council on policy matters.
