The Business Analyst Role:
In this position, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include:
* Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Working closely with stakeholders to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Supporting the team in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure delivery meets business objectives.
* Conducting impact assessments, risk analysis, and maintaining project documentation.
* Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Business Analyst Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in business analysis within Agile software delivery environments.
* Expertise in gathering, documenting, and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
* Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience in Agile ceremonies.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage complex relationships.
* Background in government organisations is preferred.
* Current / Live DV clearance is essential for consideration.
