Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator for a client based in Newport. This role is temporary full time and ongoing, with permanent opportunities for the right person. Pay Rate: £13.46p/h Hours Per week : 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required due to nature of the role. As a Transport Administrator, your duties will include; Undertaking all aspects of office administrative duties such as answering phone-calls, dealing with queries and e-mails promptly. Data inputting Stock control, daily count, updating trackers and then reporting numbers to management. Creating Documentation. (Full training will be provided) The successful candidate for the Traffic Officer Administrator role will also need the following skills; Experienced IT user Good experience with Microsoft Excel Accurate with inputting data into systems.
