The Role
:
As an Accountant, you will be managing and expanding a diverse client portfolio while upholding the highest standards of accounting and tax services.
Duties:
1. Full management of client accounts including compliance with all internal and legislative deadlines.
2. Regular interaction with clients to ensure their financial and tax needs are met, making you the primary point of contact.
3. Guiding junior staff through their career development.
4. Collaborating with various specialists within the firm to provide comprehensive client solutions.
5. Active involvement in continuous professional development (CPD) to keep abreast of industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
6. Previously worked as an Accountant or in a similar role.
7. Proven experience in private company accountancy with a thorough understanding of disclosure requirements.
8. ACCA / ICAEW qualified.
9. Demonstrated capability in preparing accounts for sole traders and partnerships.
10. Experience in preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts for clients
11. Skilled in IRIS Accountancy Suite, Xero, and Quickbooks would be beneficial.
