Successfully negotiate JBPs, to meet the business's ambitious goals. Sell to existing customers the range of products. Continually develop new customer contacts and new business. Develop relationships (from a supply perspective) with new and key Principals and gain detailed product knowledge of all key suppliers and their capabilities. Occasionally visit UK and non-UK-based suppliers. Facilitate the communication process between supplier and customer. Keeping up to date with trends in the food and drinks industry, market developments, legislation, import, health and other related trends. Be fully aware of the technicalities and pitfalls of importing goods from outside of the UK, into the UK. Issue, make, and amend supply and purchase contracts. Where necessary, book Foreign Currency for transactions. Understand the broader business of the group and developing into group sales opportunities. About You: Minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting or managing UK Retail accounts. Passion for FMCG/Food. Ambitious mindset, desire to progress within the FMCG industry. Hold a UK driving licence.
