Description / Responsibilities of Position: This position will be responsible for activities related to the timely acquisition of materials and effective flow of communication in ISC. - Tactical Management - Ensure continuous supply of material on time to delivery - Tactical point of contact for day-to-day issues - Engage with Strategic and SQE team to highlight issues preventing continuous supply - ROE - Represent the communication and escalations at all Tier level meetings - Purchase Order execution - Co-ordinate and Management of all requisitions to PO's - Co-ordination and Management of the Tactical Open Order Book - Co-ordinate and Management of PO Reschedule requirements in alignment with Planning Team - Invoice discrepancies - Co-ordinate and manage the tactical ownership to resolve and clear all issues relating to invoices on hold - Goods Inward discrepancies - Co-ordinate and manage all issues relating to goods in materials on hold - Process Engineering Change Requests - Agree with Planner of strategy to implement any changes (IOS, Phase in/out). - Manage suppliers to ensure they achieve/exceed our performance expectations - Manage suppliers to ensure OTTR through correct request dates on PO's - Participate in teams to ensure corrective actions related to OTTR are followed to bring supplier back on track - Ensure collaboration with Suppliers via Supplier Portal - Communicates and co-ordinates with internal customers any deviation from request dates submitted from Supplier Key Metrics: - SUPPLIER OTTR (RESPONSIBLE) - CUSTOMER OTTR (CONTRIBUTE) - LINE STOPS (RESPONSIBLE) - INVENTORY LEVELS (RESPONSIBLE) - INVOICES ON HOLD (RESPONSIBLE) - GOODS INWARD HOLD (RESPONSIBLE) - Purchase Order Response Time (24 hours) (Creation and Change Request) - Expedite Response Time to factory operations (as defined per escalation process) - Reschedule of PO's (responsible) - Supplier Payment Terms compliance with company policy (Contribute) - Contract Execution Adherence (Supplier and Price) (Contribute) - Purchase Price Variance (contribute) Attributes/Skills Required/Sought: - Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system - Established Microsoft Excel experience - Strong communication skill and a team player - Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritise - Self-motivated capable of working independently to meet deadlines Experience/Education Required/Sought: - Fluency in written & verbal English - Previous experience of similar type role LI-NS1 LI-OnSite Resideo is a leading global provider of critical comfort and security solutions primarily in residential environments and distributor of low-voltage electronic and security products.
