In partnership with the global team, with clear goals and objectives within the EMEA market sector team, and provides customer market intelligence and direction to support achieving goals and objectives. Pipeline management – Manage your pipeline targets aligned with our core, strengths, market sectors and drive momentum with desire. Oversee preparation for quotations and present solutions to target and growth customers. Market Strategy – Development of our regional strategy supporting and identifying internal and external factors that shape the market strategy and assessing how those factors may impact our value proposition strategy. Identify opportunities for new capabilities/services and enablers required to execute our strategy. Sector knowledge in either Medical, High-End Industrial, Space or Cyber-Security. Customer Service Excellence - Represent the voice of the customer throughout. Relationships – Build and sustain multi-level relationships with key customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented EMS Industry experience
