Responsibilities
1. Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy, correct coding, and timely payments/collections.
2. Raise, track, and confirm supplier orders, resolving discrepancies as needed.
3. Monitor usage, allocate costs, and handle queries or replacements.
4. Process applications, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Prepare financial summaries, reconcile accounts, and assist with reporting.
