Job summary North Cumbria Crisis Team is looking for highly motivated Clinical Support Assistants to join out newly developed Crisis Service. You will have the opportunity to base in Carlisle or Workington to deliver high quality care to our patients in the community across North Cumbria. You will work as part of an MDT, complimented by Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and medical staff. If you have excellent communication skills, work well in a team and are committed to making a difference to our patients, then your characteristics are just what we are looking for. Main duties of the job To assist in the delivery of care to service users who have a variety of needs, diverse presentations and a range of mental health conditions, cognitive and/or learning disabilities under the direction of a registered practitioner.
