The Employee Relations Manager works closely with the Director of People and Development to ensure all employee relations matters are handled in line with legislation and business needs. You will work closely with other members of the people team and be involved in ad hoc project work as required.
The role is a 12 Month FTC - Maternity cover.
This ER Manager role offers Hybrid working and part-time hours (4 days) can be considered.
Some of the key Employee Relations Manager responsibilities include:
* Undertake disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and other HR processes where appropriate, coaching other team members to do so.
* Responsible for ensuring that all legislative and compliance requirements are met and processes applied to provide a consistent service.
* Actively promoting the People ‘service’
* Keeping colleagues up to date with regards to ongoing people issues, as and when they arise
* Responsible for any people-related documentation, including contracts of employment and settlement agreements.
* Supporting the Director of People & Development in significant/ firm-wide changes and People matters as required.
* Liaison of external advisers/suppliers in relation to employment advice and matters
* Developing and maintaining an external network, including building own personal brand.
This ER Manager role comes with a great basic salary plus:
