Here at Long-Term Teachers we are currently working with a large Primary School that is continuously developing. We are looking for candidates who are willing to work hard and are motivated to make a difference to the children and community.
As an inclusive school in the heart of Weston-Super-Mare, they have worked hard to develop a knowledgeable curriculum to allow all children to access and develop their abilities.
Your new role
From April, this school is looking for 2 Teachers.
One role is a Class Teaching position where the expectations to plan, deliver and assess lessons are in place with a full-time role.
The second role is a part-time PPA Cover teaching role - working 4 days a week you will be working across the school in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to deliver pre-planned lessons.
The Head Teacher is looking for candidates who can work closely with other Teachers, to create a unique and engaging learning environment. Someone who has high standards of pupils’ achievements but can also provide a nurturing environment to support mental health.
You will be expected to:
* Hold great knowledge of the Primary curriculum.
* Facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
* Ability to differentiate lessons well to ensure everyone is able to access the learning.
* Create an engaging learning environment
* Work closely with the Class TA to support SEND children.
* Provide a safe and caring learning environment for the pupils.
