A leading Contractor who specializes in civil engineering and groundworks is looking for a Contracts Manager ideally within Oxfordshire. They work alongside a host of housebuilders, and experience in residential groundworks would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage contracts for multiple residential groundworks projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
3. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, including H&S, on-site operations, and producing RAMS for site-specific operations.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
6. Monitor contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management.
9. Demonstrate good man management and communication skills with an eye for detail.
