The role is full time to work from 9.00am am to 5.00pm over 5 days. We would consider applications who want to work 30 hours over 5 days from 9.30am - 4.00pm As an Administrator your role will involve: Payroll processing and invoice records Assisting managers with general administration and minute taking Assisting with local newsletters Answering queries and liaising with managers to ensure rotas are covered Sending and receiving emails Supporting managers with rota cover We are looking for a candidate that has a bright, positive approach with excellent communication skills ; a clear telephone manner; strong organisational skills ; experience with Excel a nd minute taking.
