Temporary Accounts Payable Manager Wanted!
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional? Hays are currently working with an organisation who are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. Pay for the role is dependent on experience and open to discuss. The office is based in North Bristol and would require you to be onsite 1 day a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the accounts payable process from start to finish.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain strong relationships.
* Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management.
* Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or similar role.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and practices.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
