About the role This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a previous CRM administrator role to join our growing marketing team. The role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and communication skills looking to progress their career in data management. It provides an opportunity to work with all areas of the business and a range of stakeholders being involved in day-to-day activity and projects. You will work with the CRM team in providing first line business support for help desk queries, reporting, user onboarding, training, and dashboard requirements. This role is data focused and will not focus on marketing automation and email creation. Acting as a key system administrator for CRM, you'll take the lead on business requirements from client, finance and compliance teams sent to the help desk. You'll be comfortable with data segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it. Create bespoke reports and dashboards to deliver business insight. Develop working practices, alongside the CRM operations manager, to improve operational documentation to support team and business use. Take on new projects, supporting the business and CRM team goals, including system updates, Global data initiatives and be a key representative for the UK CRM team as needed. Responsible for driving best practice in CRM around the business, including training and upskilling users. Support client teams with general data cleansing and maintenance to support business development activities through pipeline management. Responsible for the day to day operation and management of team specific intranet pages. This role can be based in either Leeds or Manchester, travel between will be required.
