Strong HR Advisor or Associate HR Business Partner or HRBP experience
Experience of working as an Associate HR Business Partner in complex / matrix structures
Able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of contacts; strong influencing and persuading skills
Analytical skills and the ability to resolve logistically complex problems
Compares and contrasts situations and information, identifying patterns and trends which inform subsequent decisions
Creates a sense of team spirit, encouraging shared ownership of objectives and deliverables
Use of process improvement tools and their application
Public Sector and Government experience is not required.
Job Offer
Salary: £ £40,600 - £44,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Contract: Continuing
Locations: Salford - This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working. London Weighting may be applicable.
