HR Advisor, 12-18 month FTC - Higher Education - Surrey with hybrid working - £41,600
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a world leading organisation. You will be responsible for providing proactive and pragmatic HR advice and guidance to a specific client base. Your key accountabilities will include:
1. Providing high quality advice and guidance to line managers
2. Supporting line managers with a range of complex Employee Relations issues
3. Assisting line managers with change management programmes including restructures, redundancies and TUPE
4. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
5. Coaching and upskilling managers and colleagues
6. Supporting and coaching an Assistant HR Advisor
7. Maintaining and improving HR operations and processes
You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a track record of managing employee relations cases from end to end in a fast-paced environment. A strong knowledge of HR best practices and experience of coaching line managers needs to be combined with strong stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you will have line management experience.
