Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework, promoting children’s social, emotional, and academic development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and supported. Observe, assess, and document children's progress, using this information to tailor teaching to individual needs. Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s development and progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the Early Years provision and uphold the school’s values and vision. Support and guide teaching assistants within the classroom to enhance pupil outcomes. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education. A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in Early Years teaching. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
