Job Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our entry into the UK retail space, starting with a pop-up store and transitioning to a permanent location in central London.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Plan, execute, and manage our in store pop-up events in central London.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback and sales data from events; develop strategy for permanent transition.
* Develop and implement localized product solutions to meet UK customer needs and achieve business targets.
* Transition into the role of Store Manager for our permanent central London location, overseeing all aspects of store operations.
* Provide efficient and effective service, tailoring your approach to different customer types.
* Build and lead a team as we expand from pop-up to permanent store.
Requirements:
* Experience in retail store management is required.
* Experience in the bridal wear category is strongly preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills, eagerness to learn and adaptability skills; ability to quickly understand the UK bridal retail market and manage sales resources effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong sales and upselling experience
* Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
* Leadership experience or potential, with the ability to build and motivate a team.
* Passion for and understanding of the bridal industry and current wedding trends.
* Ability to work legally full-time in the UK.
