Job Summary:
This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions, focusing on network and systems infrastructure. The position requires deep technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with various teams to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business needs.
* Manage and support network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), including lifecycle management, upgrades, and incident response.
* Oversee critical changes and ensure infrastructure efficiency.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Support teams.
* Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
* Align technology solutions with business strategies.
* Coordinate upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
* 10+ years of experience with enterprise-level system/network design and support.
* 10+ years of relevant experience in Cloud environments.
* 5+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect.
* Commitment to achieving 100% uptime.
* Expert-level hands-on technical proficiency with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama Administration.
* Expert-level hands-on technical proficiency with Juniper switching and routing products.
* Expert-level hands-on technical proficiency with VXLAN & EVPN technologies.
* Advanced hands-on technical proficiency with OSPF & BGP routing protocols.
* Advanced hands-on technical proficiency with VPN technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Palo Alto expertise.
* Juniper experience.
* AWS/Azure experience.
* Certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCSP, ITIL.
* Experience with configuration management platforms (Ansible, Chef).
