About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Traffic Controller who wants to inspire and mentor others. You’ll deliver the Temporary Traffic Management National Training Program (TM1 & TC1), helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities :
* Deliver engaging and hands-on traffic management training to eager learners.
* Assess student competence through practical and theory-based assessments.
* Mentor and support students to ensure they achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For :
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
* 2-3 years of hands-on experience in traffic management.
* Valid Traffic Control / Management tickets (minimum 3 years).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring students.
* A valid Driver’s Licence, Police Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid Certificate.
