Hours per week: 4 hours on Wednesday and Fridays, 8 in total, times to be arranged.
Hourly pay rate: £12
I am looking for a personal assistant to help me maintain a clean and habitable home and to help me get out and about for a couple of hours a week. I love gardening and flowers and have pet birds. I enjoy eating nice food also.
Duties include:

Housekeeping
Transportation
Companionship
Domestic:
To support and motivate me to clear items that are cluttering my home to enable repairs and for safety reasons.
To help me clean and tidy my house and tidy up the garden.
Social:
Accompany employer when accessing social and leisure activities
Accompanying employer to doctors/hospital appointments when required
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the workplace
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
Happy to work in a smoking environment
Experience working with hoarders desirable
Must be comfortable with pet birds
