Job summary We are looking for a experienced band 6 Midwives to join our dynamic maternity service. We provide a large scope of care from low risk through to very high risk patients. You will have the option to work in various clinical areas on a rotational basis. Rotations can include Hospital Birth Centre (high risk labour ward), Home from Home Birth Centre (low risk birthing unit), Maternity Assessment Unit, Anternatal Ward, Postnatal Ward & Westminster Maternity Suite (private unit). There is also an option to join the elective caesarean team within Hospital Birth Centre. Main duties of the job We work as part of a MDT and you will liaise with and receive support from other health care professionals on the ward such as doctors, nurses and more senior midwives. You will be supported by our practice leaders, our PMA's and PDM team to build on your skills and confidence as you progress through your midwifery career. Maintain and develop their professional knowledge and competence in accordance within the NMC recommendations.
