As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for raising our profile to a wider target audience.
The position is office-based with flexible hours and will be a growing role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creation and publishing of content/campaigns on a variety of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
* Create, develop and manage content for the company website
* Shape our creative vision by proposing new ideas, social media/marketing strategies, and unique ways to engage our target audience
* Maximise online engagement & lead generation
* Provide regular, actionable reporting on website and social media performance
* Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and processes
The Candidate:
* At least two years’ experience in a similar role
* Familiarity with major social media platforms & website management
* Creative and detail oriented
* Strong knowledge of SEO practices
* Target driven
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Time management
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Team player
* Understanding of construction/creative sectors an advantage
