The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales growth across the UK and international markets. Working closely with sales and product teams, you’ll craft compelling content and optimise campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead brand positioning and awareness initiatives
* Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using HubSpot
* Create engaging content including case studies, videos, and social media
* Manage digital advertising campaigns
* Organise and promote participation in industry events
* Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI
About You
* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in health tech or medical technology
* Strong HubSpot experience across campaign automation and analytics
* Skilled in content creation, digital strategy, and lead generation
* Experience running successful B2B campaigns across digital platforms
* Creative, proactive, and data-driven with strong communication skills
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and guide junior team members
