Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk - UP TO 6 MONTHS Location: Nursling Industrial Estate, SO16 0YS Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client in their busy finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments while supporting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with day-to-day finance operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure payments are made within deadlines. Assist with the reconciliation of supplier statements. Handle supplier queries via phone and email. Support the finance team with data entry and administrative tasks. Ensure all tasks are completed in line with management deadlines. What We're Looking For Experience in a similar finance role is preferred. Strong Excel skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Clear and professional communication skills.
