Key tasks and responsibilities include carrying out catering activities, ensuring food quality, managing raw materials, cleaning kitchen facilities, and ensuring catering service effectiveness. Qualifications include City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2, Food Safety Level 2, Health & Safety Level 2 qualification, and Basic COSHH. Skills and knowledge required include clear communication, ability to work well under pressure, minimising wasteful practices, and a flexible approach to working hours and days.
