Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to support our client's UK and Ireland Sales Team, delivering exceptional sales performance while fostering customer loyalty. You will play a crucial role in driving business success by leveraging technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting clinical evaluations within key accounts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the neonatal and medical devices field, providing specialist support during trials and post-sales integration, as well as helping grow brand loyalty. Main Responsibilities: Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets, market presence, and product awareness. Align with the company’s values, promoting core products within the Neonatal sector. Actively work on inside sales opportunities by driving lead generation and campaign engagement. Deliver product demonstrations to physicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. Provide training and post-sales support, ensuring successful product integration. Manage clinical trials and evaluations of new and existing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Management, and Clinical Teams. Attend conferences and UK-based exhibitions, representing the company. Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: Mandatory: Relevant qualification in Life Sciences or experience in the medical devices industry. Desirable: Experience in neonatal medicine or ventilation applications. Customer-facing experience with medical devices. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time across the UK and Ireland. Valid driving license.
