Location: Huddersfield | U.K. | Full-time | Fixed-Term 24 Months
In this newly created role, our Communications Apprentice will support the Communications team in executing internal and external communication plans. This role involves creating content, posting this content on digital and social media channels, assisting with events, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
How You Will Make an Impact
1. Content Creation: Create and execute content for internal and external communication channels, including LinkedIn, STADA UK websites, One STADA App and the company intranet.
2. Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts – LinkedIn and Instagram.
3. Internal Communications: Help maintain the drumbeat of news from across the UK organisation.
4. Event Administration and Execution: Help successfully run internal comms events.
5. Brand Consistency: Ensure all communications align with STADA brand guidelines.
6. Measurement and Evaluation: Create surveys to measure the performance of communication activity.
What We Are Looking For
1. Educated to at least A-Level standard with passes at Grade C or above in English Language and/or Literature.
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Experience of social media platforms and understanding of content management systems.
4. Basic understanding of internal communications and public relations.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Attention to detail and creativity.
7. Good IT skills with a proven ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
8. Strong time management and organizational skills.
