Employee assistance programme. You’ll be working for one of the market leaders Duties & Responsibilities: Managing our customers daily volumes. Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems. Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role. The Company Maritime Transport Ltd. is one of the largest, privately-owned intermodal transport operators in the UK.
