This is also a new HR Advisor role which would suit a HR generalist who would be assigned to support a HRBP within their own business area. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be: First point of contact for managers and employees queries in your designated areas Support then In house recruiter with recruitment admin for your business area compiling offers and contracts Attend interviews when required Data input of starters, leavers, changes, overtime Advise and support management on employee relations performance, capability, absence management, conduct and restructures Guide and support on disciplinaries and grievances, attend hearings to ensure appropriate procedures are followed Support Managers on sickness absence Advise on capability, performance and ill health Review and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation As super user of HR systems (Workday) and the T&Asystem, provide technical support and continuous improvement Maintain HR data reporting and provide HR metrics and analytics Provide general HR admin support We are looking for a candidate who has: CIPD qualification/working towards qualification HR generalist experience Good knowledge of current employment legislation Understanding of manufacturing environment Thrives on continuous improvement Attention to detail mindset Strong communication skills Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
