Customer Service Administrator / Sales Order Processor
Our client based in Basildon are seeking an Customer Service Adminisrator to join their team on a Temporary basis (with the possibility of a permanent role) beginning immediately. The successful candidate will have good organisational skills and prior experience of sales order processing and customer service. Duties:
Order management and fulfilment, order support and customer service-related tasks
Assist with customer queries through marketplace messages on Amazon and eBay and ensuring customers receive a response within the 24-hour SLA response
Sales order processing
Handle incoming requests, via phone and email, to ensure any issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly for the customer
Monitor customer feedback, resolving complaints and assisting with queries
Maintaining records, logging customer interactions on the CRM system
Working with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the officeExperience Required:
Prior experience working within a Sales Administrator role or Sales Ordering Processing
Experience using online platforms such as Amazon and eBay would be an advantage
Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner and excellent literacy skills
Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and find the best customer outcome
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude to workMonday-Friday, 8am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break
£12-£12.50 DOE per hour, weekly pay
Office based with free parking
