Reeds Rains in Chester Le Street and Stanley are looking for a Part-time Accompanied Viewer to support both branches with their viewings, inspections, and canvassing.
These branches are part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Must be reliable, able to drive, and have access to your own vehicle.
Ideally, the candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Sales and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills, and be confident driving around this region.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending and carrying out accompanied viewings at owners' properties.
* Gaining viewing feedback and passing this back to the branch.
* Completing routine visits, property visits/inspections, and canvassing.
* Delivering excellent customer service and communication.
* Demonstrating the ability to build relationships with clients and exceed their expectations with a trusted and friendly approach.
* Full training will be provided.
Hours are flexible depending on the needs of the business; however, circa 3/4 days are required, split between both branches, including a Saturday.
