Site Manager - Runcorn - Office-to-Resi
We are recruiting on for the role of site manager, on behalf of a main contractor who are overseeing the conversion of a former office block into Runcorn into 113 residential apartments, with the project being well underway and having 5 months left to run.
Duties:
* Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
* Coordinating subcontractors and site labour
* Progress reports
* Reporting to a visiting contracts manager
* Compiling RAMS
* Ordering materials
* Updating site diary
Requirements:
* Joinery background
* Past fit out experience of either apartments or offices
* SMSTS,CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
* Able to provide references
The role is on a self-employed basis and we can pay either via a ltd co or CIS.
