Newcastle, UK. Salary: £60,000-£70,000 Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the business. Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and sustainability. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication. Managing budgets and functions for billing. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with business objectives. Required Experience: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the Energy sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
