Sales Engineer - Industrial Pneumatic Systems
OTE 1st year earnings: £45k + car + benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to a company that designs, builds, and installs pneumatic systems & solutions for their clients in the FMCG, Automotive, and Pharmaceutical industries.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to promote their full array of products & services.
Duties of the Successful Sales Engineer will include:
1. Maintain & develop relationships with existing clientele to identify other areas of opportunity.
2. Map out potential client base and develop new sales opportunities.
3. Promote the company's full suite of services and products.
4. Visit customer sites to survey, understand needs, and identify other areas of opportunity.
5. Work closely with all departments, particularly the service engineers, to maximize sales.
6. Hold regular meetings to discuss areas of interest.

Required Experience & Characteristics of the Sales Engineer:
1. Proven experience working in the compressed air industry.
2. Technical experience in a customer-focused environment.
3. Relevant qualification is a distinct advantage.
4. Must have a valid driving licence.
5. Mechanical, pneumatic, or electrical engineering-based qualification is a distinct advantage.
6. Good communication capability.
7. Strong command of the English language.
8. Enthusiastic, polite & professional character.
