About the Role:
This senior-level position involves leading end-to-end financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. As the primary point of contact for senior-level clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and nurturing long-term relationships. Your expertise in managing complex projects across multiple sectors, including financial analysis and risk assessment, will be invaluable to the team.
You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality control across engagements, and support the development of the firm's transaction advisory practice through business development. Collaboration with other service lines will enable you to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end financial due diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
* Manage complex projects across multiple sectors, providing financial analysis and risk assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant professional certification (e.g., ACA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
* Extensive experience in transaction advisory services, financial due diligence, or corporate finance.
* Expertise in financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements and understanding cash flows and working capital.
* Ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex transactions.
* Strong client-facing skills, with a track record of managing and expanding client relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
