Contract Scotland has an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team of a well-established quality house builder for their new developments in the central belt.
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer services and to guide the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit a proactive, process driven person with good communication skills.
Role Responsibilities Include:
Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
Qualify client requirements, liaising with appropriate third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the journey runs as smoothly as possible.
Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management information.
Assist with Site Manager on the handover of completed property to the client, including a full explanation of all benefits and features.
Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising
General housekeeping of Show Home and Sales Office
Role Essentials Include:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
Experience within a similar role or delivering sales in a service environment
Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors
Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally
