To provide high quality reception and administrative services for the GP's to ensure efficiency in patient care Deal with telephone and face to face enquires from staff members, patients, carers and other services providing information, directing and prioritising queries as appropriate Producing reports for solicitors/insurance companies/other outside agencies Scanning and coding of letters Referrals using NHS e-referrals and email Registration of new patients Producing reports for patinets who require chronic disease monitoring and calling them in for review Any other duties that within capabilities as delegated by practice manager or GP
