If you have a knack for flawless operations, this is your chance to be a part of something extraordinary To be a support role for the stock controller and all operational processes of the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently according to company standards. Being available to support both back of house and front of house tasks according to the store’s needs. The Operations Assistant role: Assist in inventory management, including physically receiving, organising and replenishing stock Help organising the stockrooms according to company/management guidelines Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising activities as needed, including pricing, tagging and de-tagging garments Supporting the Store Manager preparing the bi-annual inventory stocktake Conduct regular cycle counts in agreement with Store Manager and Stock Controller Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing all operational and administrative functions within the store Help the Store Management Team maintain organisation of administration responsibilities including banking, cash handling and money collections Assist with onboarding and training all new starters Provide administrative support, including managing paperwork, maintaining records To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping within the store Understanding of product categories and how they should be stored and managed in the stock rooms including all organisational elements Adhere to safety and security and ensure compliance on company policies and procedures Requirements Previous stock controller experience in retail is essential Thorough understanding of the till system, banking, cash handling, and procedures Experience with inventory shrinkage targets to maintain organizational standards Motivated individual with a positive attitude Strong commitment to luxury customer service and store standards Excellent communication skills with colleagues and management Highly PC literate, experienced with modern integrated computer systems Good organizational and administration skills, with a sense of responsibility Benefits Competitive salary and incentives scheme.
