As our Estate Manager, you will be orchestrating everything from high-level strategies to the finer details of our Estates and Neighbourhoods. Your role is all about crafting a vision and then bringing it to life with style and efficiency. The perfect candidate thrives under pressure, demonstrates a passion for community, team management and consistently meets deadlines. Managerial experience in the property sector is essential. Strategic Planning Create and launch a cohesive Estate Management strategy that makes Found a standout. Health and Safety, Compliance & Regulation Keeping up to date with legal requirements and best practices, with a particular focus on high-rise building standards. Overseeing daily H&S operations to ensure all on-site activities align with required standards. Procurement Putting our procurement strategy into action with a sharp eye on due diligence and ESG goals, all while keeping to the standard tender and quoting steps—dotting the i's and crossing the t's along the way Risk Management Be proactive in managing risk in our operational areas, keeping potential pitfalls out of sight and out of mind. Financial Management Keeping an eye on financial practices across Estates and Neighbourhoods, with a focus on smart cost-saving moves and boosting operational efficiency. Implementation & Continuous Improvement Creating policies, processes, and procedures to keep the operating platform running smoothly and ensure it rolls out effectively. Supporting the use and optimization of new software to enhance customer experience and streamline operations. ESG & Sustainability Goals Aligning our estates activities with the companies ESG & sustainability goals Work with our internal teams to ensure we meet the long-term targets Team Management Support and train our Estates teams, ensuring we are giving them the skills they need to fulfil their roles and to develop further Stakeholder Management Building solid relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, using effective negotiation and influence skills to keep everyone on the same page. Governance Management Handling all the legal and contractual requirements within the Estates and Neighbourhood framework to keep everything compliant and running smoothly. Personal Specifications We need someone who has passion and experience in delivering exceptional customer service. Here is what we are looking for in our dream candidate. You will have experience of managing large properties, external estates within regeneration areas. You will have experience of driving quality and compliance across an organisation You will know the industry, will have worked in estates management within the residential sector, ideally with 5 years’ experience in a similar position. You will have the experience and the ability to operate at a management level You will be a member of a recognised professional body, with supporting qualifications e.g. IWFM (BIFM), MCIOB. MRICS, IFMA, IOSH or equivalent Having the experience is important - but being the right fit is crucial, bring your personality, but hold the ego, these are the traits we wanna’ see in you.
