Job Summary Operating in our RPO team, you will be supporting our largest client in the USA who have grown 200% in 2023 and 100% in 2024. We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Internal Recruiter to join our client’s team. This role is critical in identifying, engaging, and hiring the best cyber security professionals to support their clients across USA, EMEA and APAC. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is seamless, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Cyber Security Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique technical and cultural requirements for cyber security roles such as IR Consultants, IAM Engineers and Cyber Assessment Consultants. Source candidates through niche job boards, industry-specific platforms, and professional networks like LinkedIn and GitHub. Screen resumes for technical expertise, certifications, and relevant experience in cyber security. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical competencies and alignment with organizational goals. Candidate Experience Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication. Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, and other recruitment activities tailored for cyber security professionals. Act as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and updates. Collaboration with Stakeholders Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions for highly technical cyber security positions. Offer guidance on industry salary benchmarks, certification requirements (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, CISM), and market trends. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Employer Branding and Industry Presence Represent the organization at cybersecurity-specific events, such as DEF CON, Black Hat, other cyber meetups. Partner with the marketing team to create compelling job postings and social media campaigns targeted at cyber security professionals. Promote the clients commitment to cyber security excellence and innovation. Process Improvement Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment strategies to address the unique challenges of hiring in the cyber security space. Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and certifications in cyber security. Experience Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally within the technology or cyber security sector.
