Due to our rapid growth we are expanding our customer experience team, seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team from our head office in Sunderland.
Successful applicants for the Troo Assurance position will be responsible for dealing directly with our customer’s, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive, efficient, and aligned with our brand values.
We are looking for individuals who can build strong relationships with customers, communicate effectively and deal with queries until resolved.
The Role.
* Proactively respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to resolution.
* Continually strive for excellent standards for our customers, setting clear expectations and providing a brilliant service
* Maintain detailed and accurate records with our CRM system of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to fulfil customer needs.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
About You.
* Experience in customer service is essential.
* Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Ability to problem solve and handle complaints is key
* Can manage your own workload/Diary
* Self-motivated and have a passion for success
* Ability to work under pressure when needed
* Excellent communication skills – professional and articulate
* Computer literate: Word, Excel, outlook etc
Package.
* £23,000-£27,500 salary, depending on experience.
* We promote a work life balance Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am – 3pm
