Wightcare is the Island’s provider of Care Technology and spends every day working hard to support a variety of people across the Island.
We provide peace of mind 24 hours a day to local families while maintaining people’s independence and improving their confidence.
To provide an effective and responsive monitoring and emergency response service for the Community Alarm/Telecare Service, as an integral part of the services for elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents on the Island.
To provide a telephone answering service for outside agencies and to be the Isle of Wight Council’s out of hours telephone answering service.
No previous experience is necessary but a passion and commitment for looking after others is essential.
