The Role We are seeking a candidate with experience working as a teaching assistant or someone with great knowledge of SEND within children. This is a Full-time position, where you will be working with a pupil in the Year 1 class who has ASD needs. The Head Teacher is looking for someone with a caring and nurturing background, someone who can bring a positive and calm environment to a pupil with difficulties around social situations. You will be expected to: Work closely with a KS1 pupil and the class teacher. Help identify and adapt activities to meet their needs. Provide a calm working environment for the pupil to feel comfortable. Build excellent relationships with the pupils parents.
